Kim & Dan – Apr 2012

♫ Another couple, another Spring, another lovely evening,
Another season, another reason, to be shooting…

Thanks to the lovely pair, Kim & Dan, I got to be under those stunningly beautiful cherry blossoms when they were in full bloom, again! We met up at 6pm on a Saturday for the engagement shoot, intended to capture some dramatic sunset which didn’t happen like the dusk before, but instead we had cherries. See, sometimes you just can’t plan on life, gotta take it as it comes. =)

Thank you, Kim & Dan, for the good spirit and laughter despite the progressively cold evening, and for your immense trust! Congratulations again, all the best to your marriage, and your upcoming wedding! =)

The Choys – Mar 2012

It was an aeroplane season.

5 weeks after coming back from Cuba we headed to Melbourne, Australia, to witness some very special moments for a very good friend, the one for whom I was the maid of honour and threw the fun-filled tram party – she became a mother to an adorable baby girl this February.

Now being Auntie Janice, I couldn’t help but showered baby with things I’m good at making – a colourful baby mobile (can turn into a wreath) and of course, many photographs as keepsakes. I won’t bore my readers with all of them. Below is a fine selection of this wonderful memory.

Also, during our stay, we celebrated Sam’s birthday. Bet the baby is the best gift a father can ask for!

To Joanne, Sam, and Charlene! xoxo

Havana, Cuba – Jan 2012

¡Hola! Welcome to Havana, Cuba, an old city full of colours, history, and urban ruins. A photographer’s fantasy land. A tourist’s eye opener. An earth trotter’s open university.

46 hours was definitely not enough time to spend in Havana given the places to visit and flavours to savour. The wedding was the main occasion and major cultural experience. Next time, should we have the chance to go there again, we’ll explore more the historical and cultural events.

¡Vamos a La Havana!

Varadero, Cuba – Dec 2011 pt2

Finally, I get time to finish editing my Cuban photos. Lately I’ve been quite busy, hence my own photos have been sitting on the back burner. Ah well.

Sharing with you the following, more photos taken in Varadero. Next time I’ll show you some of Havana!

“¡Viva Cuba!” número dos!!
